Telma joined Cambridge Trust in 2016 after spending nine years at Citibank. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Pedagogy and a Master’s Degree in Psychopedagogy from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná in Brazil.

Beyond her professional work, Telma is deeply committed to community engagement. She serves on the Board of the Community Art Center in Cambridge, MA, a neighborhood institution dedicated to cultivating an engaged community of youth whose powerful artistic voices transform their lives, their neighborhoods, and their world. The Center serves youth ages 5 to 19 and offers additional programs for the broader community, fostering creativity, self-expression, and social change through the arts.
