Rachael Ela is Senior Vice President, Private Banking Team Lead. In this role, Rachael leads a team of Relationship Managers and the division’s Onboarding & Servicing team, delivering holistic, tailored solutions and exceptional service to clients in local communities from Massachusetts and New Hampshire to Connecticut and more. Rachael joined Cambridge Trust in 2019 through the Optima Bank & Trust merger. She has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry.
Rachael attended the New England School of Financial Studies and has extensive professional training in the areas of project management, leadership and sales management. She is an active volunteer in her community and is Past Chair of the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce and Past President and current member of the Exeter Rotary Club. Rachael was recognized as Exeter Citizen of the Year in 2019 and as a 40 Under 40 award recipient by the New Hampshire Union Leader in 2020.
