Crystal Gurney is the Assistant Vice President of the Retirement Plan Advisory for Cambridge Trust Wealth Management. She brings over 20 years of experience in retirement plan consulting, fiduciary compliance, and participant engagement. Known for her client-first approach, she builds trusted relationship with plan sponsors, recordkeepers, TPA’s, and participants, helping the organization strengthen their retirement programs and improve employee outcome.

In her role, she will guide employers through strategic retirement plan design, ERISA compliance, and fiduciary best practices, helping ensure their plans are both effective and compliant. She will also lead engaging workshops, educational sessions, and one-on-one consultations aimed at empowering employees in their journey toward retirement readiness.
