Carolyn E. Crowley is responsible for providing clients with access to our exclusive Private Banking suite of services, including customized loans and lines of credit, mortgages, and deposit accounts. She is also responsible for leveraging all the resources of Eastern Bank with existing and prospective clients in the areas of investment management, trust and estate planning. 

Professional Experience

Ms. Crowley has over 30 years’ experience in the banking industry. She began her career in retail banking and spent the last 18 years at Wainwright Bank where she led their Private Banking effort and managed the largest and most complex personal and non-profit client relationships.  Additionally, Carolyn has a broad and deep knowledge of the many unique banking issues and needs of sophisticated clients, and has participated actively in the development of products and services for Private Banking clients. 

Education/Service

Ms. Crowley attended the New England College of Finance and has extensive professional training in the areas of team leadership, sales management, and consumer lending.

She is on the Advisory Board of South End Baseball and is an active Board Member of Massachusetts Appleseed.
