New Appointments Bring 50 Years’ Combined Experience in Financial Services
CAMBRIDGE, MA – June 14, 2021 – Cambridge Trust Company, subsidiary of Cambridge Bancorp (NASDAQ: CATC), is pleased to welcome Marty Courage and Heather Colleary to its Wealth Management team. The two bring deep experience from within the financial services industry to serve Cambridge Trust’s valued client base in New England.
Marty Courage joins as Cambridge Trust’s first Director of Wealth Management Business Development. He will be responsible for leading the bank’s team of dynamic private bankers as they serve clients’ wealth management needs and expand Cambridge Trust’s reach in Massachusetts. Courage served most recently as Head of the Boston/New England Private Bank at Wells Fargo and brings over 30 years of experience at institutions such as Barclays Wealth, J.P. Morgan, Bank of America and Fidelity Investments.
Heather Colleary is Cambridge Trust’s new Director of Relationship Management, overseeing a team of relationship managers responsible for providing excellent service to its’ clients. Colleary has worked in financial services for two decades, including senior roles at Clarfeld Citizens Private Wealth Management and Bank of America/Merrill Lynch.
Colleary will work alongside David Strachan, who will assume the title of Director of Fiduciary Services, as part of a strategic expansion of Cambridge Trust’s relationship management leadership team. This new structure has been introduced as part of Cambridge Trust’s commitment to providing best-in-class support for the bank’s clients, as they seek to build, grow and protect their wealth.
