Our Cambridge Trust team continues to be accessible to serve your personal and business banking needs during the disruption associated with COVID-19. We are focused on ensuring you can manage your banking needs anytime, anywhere.

We continue to follow state mandates and the guidance of the medical community with respect to our enterprise-wide safety standards and engagement practices. As the guidance evolves over the next few weeks, we will continue to update you on important information regarding the banking offices hours of operation, new protocols and lobby practices, and account access.

Our first priority is the safety and health of our clients and employees.

To that end, the Bank is observing the following practices in compliance with new state regulatory requirements.

  • Wearing a mask is mandatory.
  • Clients and employees must practice social distancing (6 feet apart).
  • Our restrooms are currently closed to the public.
  • Hand sanitizer is available in all banking offices.

For the safety of others, we ask that you please refrain from visiting a banking office if the following applies:

  • You have been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19.
  • You have had a fever or felt feverish in the last 72 hours.
  • You are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19.

Our banking lobbies continue to be temporarily closed to the general public with limited hours, but will re-open as soon as the environment supports a safe return and state restrictions are lifted. In the interim, we offer the following options to assist with all your banking needs:

  • Drive up windows remain open with limited hours. Visit our locations page for more information.
  • Banking offices are staffed and available by appointment only for critical banking office needs, including access to safe deposit boxes. Contact you preferred banking office to make an appointment.
  • ATMs, Online and Mobile Banking, and Online Account Opening are available 24/7.
