Mobile Application Alert

Due to an increase in mobile banking usage throughout the country, the bank’s service provider is reporting interruptions in clients’ ability to access their network.  If you receive Error 0014 while logging into Cambridge Trust’s mobile, the easiest way for you to get in is to wait until network traffic is reduced and try again. However, if you have an urgent need to access your bank account, here are suggested tips:

  • Turn off your phone’s WIFI
  • Clear the cache and cookies from your browser(s)
  • Do NOT delete the app and re-download it. This only increases the impact on the network and makes it more difficult to log in successfully
