Susan Martore-Baker joined Cambridge Trust Company in 2011 with over 30 years of trust and investment experience. She is recognized throughout New Hampshire for her work with individuals, corporations, charitable organizations, and municipalities. Previously, Ms. Martore-Baker was a Senior Vice President at Citizens Bank where she provided comprehensive wealth management solutions to high net worth individuals and families.

Ms. Martore-Baker has served as an officer or board member of numerous nonprofit and charitable organizations, including the Capitol Center for the Arts, Women's Foundation of NH, and Mayhew Program for At-Risk Boys.

 

Judith V. Goodnow

Senior Vice President and Trust Officer

Judith Goodnow comes to Cambridge Trust Company with over 20 years of experience in the investment industry, most recently serving as vice president and senior trust officer at Citizens Private Bank & Trust. Ms. Goodnow also holds her J.D. from Memphis State University, School of Law. Ms. Goodnow is active throughout New Hampshire, including being the Chair, League of New Hampshire Craftsman, Finance Committee, a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, and the former President of the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council. She currently resides in Bow, NH.

 

Judith K. Noel

Senior Vice President and Trust Officer

Judith Noel joined Cambridge Trust Company in 2014, bringing over 30 years of experience in the personal trust administration industry. She most recently served as vice president and private wealth manager at Citizens Private Bank and Trust.

Ms. Noel is a life-long resident of Nashua, NH where she is active in many local organizations, including the Gate City Lion Club, NH Estate Planning Council, and a former Advisory Council Member Girl's Inc. of Nashua.

 

Michael P. Panebianco, J.D. LL.M., AEP®

Vice President and Trust Officer

Prior to joining Cambridge Trust Company in 2010, Michael practiced law for 15 years advising and representing high net-worth individuals and families on tax-sensitive estate planning, including charitable gift planning, tax-exempt organizations, and individual and business tax planning. He also advised beneficiaries and fiduciaries on trust and estate administration matters, and represented corporate trustees and charitable organizations on trust, tax, and other legal matters.

Michael is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire, Florida, and New York, and is retired from practice in Connecticut, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. He earned his LL.M. (Taxation) at Georgetown University Law Center, is a Certified AEP® (Accredited Estate Planner) by the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils (NAEPC), member and former president (2013-2014) of the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council, actively involved with NAEPC, and teaches Wills, Trusts & Estates at the University of New Hampshire School of Law, formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center.
