Mortgage Rates

Based on a 30 year 3/3 ARM at the discounted rate of 5.375%, zero
points and a 20% down payment, the mortgage would be repayable in 360 monthly
payments of $5.60 per $1,000 borrowed for the first three years. The
monthly payment at the market rate of 5.500% would be $5.67 per $1,000
borrowed for the remainder of the loan.
Based on a 30 year 3/3 ARM at the premium rate of 5.750%, zero points, a 20% down payment and no closing costs, the mortgage would be repayable in 360 monthly payments of $5.84 per $1,000 borrowed for the first three years. The monthly payment at the market rate of 5.500% would be $5.69 per $1,000 borrowed for the remainder of the loan. Based on a 30 year fixed rate of 6.000%, zero points, and a 20% down payment, the mortgage would be repayable in 360 monthly payments of $6.00 per $1,000 borrowed. Based on a 30 year fixed rate of 6.375%, zero points, a 20% down payment and no closing costs, the mortgage would be repayable in 360 monthly payments of $6.24 per $1,000 borrowed.
