Michael Nguyen is a Compliance Administrator. In this role, he supports the Bank's compliance program through regulatory monitoring, risk assessments, complaint management oversight, and fair banking reviews. He works closely with business partners to help ensure compliance with consumer protection laws, regulatory expectations, and internal policies while promoting a strong culture of ethical banking.
