Judith L. Bomster, J.D., is Sr. Vice President/Sr. Trust Officer with Cambridge Trust Wealth Management, administering private revocable, irrevocable and testamentary trusts. Judith brings to the administration process over 25 years of legal experience, including over two decades advising and assisting families and beneficiaries with long term management of financial resources to accomplish inheritance and generational planning, asset protection and special needs planning.  Prior to joining Cambridge Trust Wealth Management, she was a founding and managing partner of a boutique law firm practicing in the areas of estate planning, special needs planning, trust administration and elder law.  She is a member of the Special Needs Alliance (SNA), a national, invitation-only affiliation of lawyers dedicated to disability and public benefits law, and is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).  Judith has served in leadership roles with the New Hampshire Bar Associations Ethics Committee and has published and presented to professionals and community groups in her specialized practice areas of trust and estate planning and special needs planning.
