Cambridge Trust Company Appoints Jane E. Mason Vice President, Relationship Manager

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Cambridge Bancorp (OTCBB: CATC) and its subsidiary, Cambridge Trust Company, announced the appointment of Jane Mason, as vice president, relationship manager.

Ms. Mason joins Cambridge Trust Company with over 25 years of experience providing analysis, advisory, and lending services to small businesses. Most recently, she was a regional loan officer for The Economic Stabilization Trust. Prior to that, she founded and operated Boston Business Ventures, a small business advisory firm specializing in strategic planning and corporate finance.

“Jane’s background in financial and strategic planning for New England businesses will make her an invaluable resource for our clients,” said Robert Davis, senior vice president and chief lending officer. “We are excited to have her join the Cambridge Trust team.”

Ms. Mason holds an MBA from the Simmons School of Management and a B.S. in Sociology, also from Simmons College. Active in many local organizations, Ms. Mason is a member of the Boston Local Development Corporation’s Board of Incorporators.
