Cambridge Bancorp Reports Second Quarter Results

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.- Cambridge Bancorp (OTCBB: CATC) today reported unaudited net income of $2,479,000 for the second quarter of 2009 compared to $2,531,000 for the same quarter in 2008. Diluted earnings per share remained unchanged at $0.67 for the second quarter of 2009 versus the same quarter in 2008. For the first six months of 2009, unaudited net income was down slightly at $4,485,000 compared to $4,842,000 for the first half of 2008.
